This is your opportunity to learn how you can help transform your community and achieve measurable benefits for your organisation staff and more widely throughout Brighton & Hove.
The workshops will be run by Steve Hearsum, of Deboxing Ltd. Steve is a consultant, facilitator and coach, and a member of BCP. He comes with a passion for sensitising clients to the importance of human interactions in relation to performance and an intention to help clients to see the big picture.

Steve will guide you through:
- How you and your organisation can build collaborative relationships
- Creating new cross sector relationships
- How involvement with cross sector collaboration can improve staff motivation and encourage professional and personal development
- Developing opportunities for skill sharing and knowledge transfer
Refreshments and cakes will be provided.

The fee for non-members is payable either prior to or on August 25th.

Cancellation Policy: If you have to cancel, you need to give a minimum of Two working days notice before the date of the workshop to bookings@bhbcp.org.uk or call 01273 770075. If you do not inform us that you are unable to attend then your organisation will incur a charge of £50. (Members & Non-Members)
