BCP's Mentoring Programme offers high quality, professional, solution focused training, that will help you to identify your own areas of excellence and improve your interview and meeting facilitation skills.
After two half days of training you will be matched with a mentee on a skills and needs match basis, in order to help them on their journey back into work. As well as offering the chance to make a real difference to someone's life, mentoring will also help you develop skills and improve your professional performance.

Networking challenges provide a simple and effective way for SME's and other smaller organisations to participate in a CSR activity (providing real benefits for the local community), but also with the added bonus of being able to network at the same time.
