Sparkhouse counsel Relate
Sparkhouse Consultants partnered Relate in creating robust job descriptions, evaluating the roles against market data in comparator sectors and finally developing a full and detailed Job Benchmarking and Remuneration report along with recommendations on how Relate could effectively use the data to compare its remuneration package against similar sized organisations and develop pay and reward strategies allowing a clear career progression based on performance.
"This was an extremely useful and professionally presented piece of work which will enable Relate to compete in the marketplace when recruiting and thus enable implementation of retention and succession planning that will support a highly effective team. We felt that Sparkhouse very quickly understood our organisation and we felt secure in the knowledge that the service we were receiving was tailor made to our special needs."
Trish Owen, Relate Brighton and Hove Centre Manager
"Any project regardless of the client builds skills and experience but working with Relate has helped us build relationships in the local community and understand in detail the type of organisation Relate strives to be. The results and the excellent feedback we have received will also do much to build on our already good reputation in our field and local community. We hope that our relationship with Relate will be long and successful."
Melanie Franks, Sparkhouse Consultants.
