Thea Allison: Director
Previously a manager of HIV support organisations and a teacher Thea joined BCP in 2003 charged with developing a membership programme for the organisation and improving its sustainability and independence through new income streams.
"What we have developed at BCP is special and exciting and I want to see that grow. All my work is based on the belief that working in partnership achieves more than working in isolation. Internal strength through collaborative, empowered teams and vibrant external networks bring real results. It also makes working life fun and interesting."
Thea does her best to balance her work life through lots of swimming in the sea, her allotment and singing with the non-religious gospel choir, Brighton Goes Gospel, with mixed results.
