Linda Shaw: Employment Programmes Mentoring Officer
Linda is a qualified life coach and mentor with nearly 10 years experience of providing IAG to a wide range of client groups, from young offenders to lone parents to those disadvantaged as a result of homelessness.
Through past employment in Welfare to Work and her role as Partnership Manager, Linda had worked closely with BCP on the Business Action on Homelessness programme and so has a real understanding of how our organisation works and our ethos.
Recognised for her ability to identify potential partners to support our activities and aspirations, her network of contacts with key influencers across the city is proving a real asset to the organisation.
Her capacity to keep abreast of the constantly changing arena and strategies within the employment-related public and private sector is a real bonus for our strategy team.
