Emma Houldsworth: Business Action on Homelessness Client Support Manager
Emma joined BAOH having worked previously as Volunteer Coordinator for Migrant Helpline where she was involved in setting up mentoring relationships to support refugees orientate themselves in their new communities. Emma is pleased to be involved with BAOH and looks forward to taking the service forward with the team. One of the things that Emma values most about BAOH is the way it recognises the individual needs of the client "We work to support them in the most constructive way. The work we do is exciting in that it involves making practical changes and also in opening peoples' minds to new possibilities. The second is difficult to measure but it's so important in breaking down the barriers to employment." Emma champions the bicycle and all things outdoors.
