Charlie Allsebrook: Director of Partnership Services

 

BCP was very lucky to benefit from Charlie's decision to leave American Express after 10 years working in the UK and abroad in training and relationship management. Charlie was keen to find work that had a positive impact on the community, and she found this at BCP, first as a volunteer and then in managing BCP's Team Challenges service. Under her leadership team challenges has taken off in Brighton and Hove, involving increasing numbers of local businesses and a subsequently impressive impact on the community. Charlie's attention to detail and ongoing support for all partners mean the challenges meet all expectations, enabling both business and community partners to achieve their aims.

"When businesses first sign up for team challenges, there is some anxiety and they need support, but once they get going, they fly. I love seeing the before and after shots from team challenges and the sense of achievement that employees have after finishing a challenge. I now truly feel like all my values are being met and that finally, I am giving something back!"
