Paul Bonett: Board Director (Chair), Director of Bonett's Estate Agents

Paul is the Chair for BCP and also The B&H Education Business Partnership. He is also a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, past Chairman of the local branch and a past President of the Brighton & Hove Estate Agents Association.

Giles Ings: RIBA. BA (Hons) Arch. Dip Arc, Board Director, Director at A.B.I.R Architects

As the Chair of BCP's Prohelp programme, Giles brings a wealth of knowledge and commitment to the service, wholly participating in the pro-bono work himself.

Alan Lugton: Board Director, CEO at Nourish Community Farm

Alan has been a Board Director for The Business Community Partnership for many years.

Soraya Shaw: Board Director, Managing Director Springboard Coaching

Soraya devotes a lot of her time to The Business Community Partnership bringing with her a wealth of leadership and management experience helping to develop BCP's performance.

Judith Cousin: Board Director, CEO-Strategy

Judith has a long history with BCP and has had various voluntary roles, more recently becoming a Board Director and CEO Strategy following the internal operational review.

Bill Giddings: Board Director, CEO-Operations

Bill was appointed as Board Director of BCP in November 2010 and has built his career around management of people, computers, finance and change.

Charlie Allsebrook: Business Relationships Manager

Charlie is the Business Relationships Manager for BCP, delivering Team Building Challenges, Networking Community Challenges, and the Job Mentoring element of the 'Stepping Stones' contract across Sussex.

Emma Turner: Social Enterprise and Third Sector Service Manager

Emma is responsible for BCP's Social Enterprise activity, including the More Than Profit Network & the Better Project. She also manages ProHelp.

Bunty Dann: Employment Programmes Manager

Bunty leads the Business Action on Homelessness team, offering business support for homeless people in the form of training, work placements and job opportunities.

Dave Rush: Employment Programmes Co-ordinator

Dave manages the day to day running of the BCP offices, produces the monthly e-news and e-bulletins. He also provides support for the BAOH, Social Enterprise and ProHelp programmes.

Linda Shaw: Employment Programmes Mentoring Officer

Linda is part of the Business Action on Homelessness team, offering business support for homeless people in the form of training, work placements and job opportunities..

Angie Corry: Employment Programmes Officer

Angie joins the Business Action on Homelessness team, offering business support for homeless people in the form of training, work placements and job opportunities..

Natalie Matos: Service Support Officer

Natalie is currently helping to manage the social impact assessment project (Better); a new initiative to help with the development of Social Enterprise in schools.

Hana Odoh-Tadafe: Finance Officer

Hana is responsible for controlling and monitoring the finances for all the projects under the BCP banner.

Ruby Egau: Events and Membership Co-ordinator

Ruby is responsible for building BCP's membership, the promotion of BCP events and also supports Charlie in the delivery of our team building challenges.

Matt Pinder: Adminstrator

Matt along with Liam provide support to the team in all administration and processes.

Liam Cromby: Administrator

Liam along with Matt provide support to the team in all administration and processes.
