Bunty's experience in organisational development is extensive, with many of the projects she has set up and developed being pioneering in their nature, often bringing together diverse consortiums to work together on agreed objectives, and using creative solutions to achieve this.

Emma joined BAOH having worked previously as Volunteer Coordinator for Migrant Helpline where she was involved in setting up mentoring relationships to support refugees orientate themselves in their new communities.
